Responsibilities
Champion local facilities design, and equipment purchases for 4-5 mid-scale $10M-$15M/each training facilities across the United States for the development of operations and maintenance technicians
Provide leadership to mature project deliverables, drive organizational alignment, and elevate resource needs and project decisions
Steward and track timely schedule progression
Coordinate and inform local training and operations teams of project updates and facilitate inputs for operationalizing training facilities/programs
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of training programs including foundation craft specific needs
Understanding of industrial and preferably oil and gas upstream operations and challenges
Ability to champion and make a cogent, well supported case for actions
Basic familiarity with Unconventional or tight oil and gas equipment, technician skills, and operations
