Managing the plumbing scope of multiple simultaneous projects
Accurately estimating costs
Supervising project timelines to ensure successful completion
Ensuring effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Plumbing and Pipe systems
Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
Maintain, grow, and develop new client relationships
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA, and travel to job sites within Southern California as needed
Previous experience in managing plumbing projects is a necessity
Preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or project management are preferred
