HR Generalist/ Recruiter
Odyssey Information Services is seeking an HR Generalist with a strong recruiting background to support hiring efforts in a manufacturing environment. The role involves leading full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application through hire.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles
Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and share candidate feedback
Source candidates through direct applicants, internal pipelines, and staffing partners
Support recruiting events such as job fairs and campus outreach
Assist with onboarding activities including offer letters, background checks, and drug screen coordination
Help ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from application through hire
Qualification
Required
Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
Comfortable working with hiring managers and external staffing vendors
Organized and detail-oriented, especially with onboarding documentation
