Responsibilities
Reconcile and validate order and inventory data within Amazon Vendor Central , ensuring accuracy across all shipments and confirmations
Monitor all open purchase orders , identifying delays or discrepancies and proactively resolving issues
Research and resolve product shortages , shipment variances, and routing discrepancies
Maintain accurate internal documentation for all orders, fulfillment updates, and SKU details
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, customer service, and planning teams to ensure smooth order flow
Track and escalate chargebacks, shortages, or compliance issues when required
Support ongoing process improvements to increase order accuracy and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience working with Amazon Vendor Central (Seller Central experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of Amazon supply chain workflows: ASNs, ARNs, routing, chargebacks, compliance, vendor requirements, shortages, and acknowledgements
Experience reconciling inventory, researching discrepancies, and managing high‑volume order pipelines
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with logistics, planning, and customer support teams
Proficient in Excel and general data‑tracking tools. Will be tested on Excel
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
