Develop and maintain relationships with escrow clients, including law firms, real estate agencies, and corporate entities

Oversee the onboarding process for new escrow accounts, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met

Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution

Collaborate with operations, compliance, and product teams to deliver customized escrow deposit solutions

Monitor account activity for compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards

Identify opportunities to expand escrow services and cross-sell additional banking products

Prepare reports on portfolio performance, client activity, and market trends

Represent Piermont Bank at industry events and networking functions to enhance visibility and attract new business

Required
