This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure all systems and components are tested and operational, meeting the client's specifications and standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, Cx Agents and contractors to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities
Coordinate with Vendors and schedule on site activities in advance of Level 3 activities
Coordinate with Owner and Tennant Cx personnel to ensure all their needs are being addressed
Review project documents to ensure all commissioning requirements are met
Manage Cx Alloy and coordinate Cx documentation ensuring it is accurate and complete
Manage Cx related close out documentation for the project
Lead and manage commissioning teams during on-site activities
Perform inspections, testing, and validation of systems and components
Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring all systems function as intended
Document all commissioning activities and results
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
Develop and implement quality assurance processes
Conduct training for staff on commissioning procedures and safety protocols
Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions
Prepare and present detailed commissioning reports to stakeholders
Evaluate the effectiveness of commissioning processes and suggest improvements
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commissioning, preferably within the Mission Critical Industry
Strong understanding of commissioning processes, procedures, and standards
Proven experience in managing commissioning projects from start to finish
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project management software)
Professional certification in commissioning (e.g., CCP, BCxP)
