Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Perform taking notes and/or dictation, word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying
Prepares and types correspondence and fairly complex numerical/financial reports, as directed
Maintaining appointment calendar
Answer telephones
Expedite correspondence
Make travel arrangements
Community Outreach and Event support
Make travel/accommodation arrangements, process expense reports
Opens incoming mail and distributes accordingly
Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of administrative or paralegal experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
Warm, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage shifting deadlines, and work independently
Must be highly organized, team-oriented, and able to work seamlessly with senior leadership

Preferred

Marketing and social media experience is preferred but not required
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
Proficient in Canva for presentations, flyers, and light marketing tasks is preferred but not essential
