Mid LevelMedasource is seeking an Epic Beacon / Research Application Analyst to provide hands-on support for Epic Beacon and Epic Research. The role focuses on therapy plan build and maintenance, research billing workflows, and ensuring stable functionality of the applications.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic Beacon therapy plans
Support Epic Research and OnCore workflows , including research billing
Assist with protocol build and management , utilizing Epic Round Table
Resolve daily support tickets and provide break/fix and workflow support
Support Epic upgrade testing and validation , including a scheduled double upgrade in May
Participate in an on-call rotation (2 weeks at a time, every 2–3 months)
Qualification
Required
Epic Beacon and/or Research certification(s)
Epic Beacon experience with strong therapy plan build/maintenance skills
Epic Research experience, including OnCore and research billing
Experience in a ticket-based support environment
Preferred
Beacon protocol build experience
Dialysis or BEANS experience
Prior Epic upgrade support experience
Familiarity with Epic Round Table
