Responsibilities
Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations)
Define scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Lead solution design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and Honeywell Digital TrackWise (TrackWise Digital)
Enable seamless data flow for QMS processes such as Deviations, CAPA, Change Management, Complaints, and Audits
Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance across systems
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices enforcement
Guide Salesforce developers on Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform limits
Define CI/CD, release management, and environment strategies
Qualification
Required
12+ years of Salesforce platform experience with 3+ years in an Architect role
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce security model
Experience with Salesforce integrations and large-scale enterprise implementations
Hands-on experience with Honeywell Digital TrackWise (TrackWise Digital)
Strong understanding of QMS processes (CAPA, Deviations, Change Control, Complaints, Audits)
Experience integrating TrackWise Digital with Salesforce or other enterprise platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
