Responsibilities
Own the ERP environment end-to-end, including configuration, customization, integrations, upgrades, performance, and data integrity
Ensure system changes drive real improvements in efficiency, accuracy, inventory flow, and customer experience
Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service teams
Design, improve, and document end-to-end workflows that connect people, processes, and systems
Identify root causes across systems, data, or processes and drive solutions through completion
Lead business intelligence, reporting, and system integrations
Ensure leaders have access to accurate, timely, and trusted data to support decision-making across the business
Own IT infrastructure, cloud and SaaS platforms, integrations, and day-to-day technology operations
Lead security, risk management, audits, disaster recovery planning, and incident response
Oversee IT support functions including helpdesk operations, onboarding/offboarding, hardware, and access management
Support connected device and IoT initiatives, including connectivity, data flow, monitoring, security, and integrations
Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high-impact technology team
Manage vendors, priorities, and departmental budgets with a strong focus on accountability and outcomes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive technology or IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, cloud/SaaS applications, integrations, and infrastructure
Strong understanding of how technology supports manufacturing, distribution, and/or eCommerce operations
Experience with data architecture, reporting, and business intelligence tools
Background managing IT operations, security controls, identity/access, backups, and endpoints
Proven ability to partner with business leaders and translate technical solutions into operational results
A practical, execution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
