Senior LevelAmtex Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Manager / Project Manager specializing in Banking Technology with a focus on Oracle FLEXCUBE. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale core banking transformation projects, manage complex implementations, and provide strategic guidance to banking clients while bridging technical and business teams.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Act as the Lead/Project Manager for end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations, upgrades, or migrations
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for CXOs, Finance Directors, and IT heads at client locations
Project Governance: Define project scope, milestones, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Technical Oversight: Oversee RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow) management, data migration, and integration testing
Domain Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of Core Banking modules (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments - OBPM)
Consulting & Delivery: Provide independent views on implementation risk, ensure quality assurance, and drive adoption of best practices
Qualification
Required
50% travel to NYC
Proven experience in implementing and customizing Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking solutions (Version 14.x preferred)
Strong understanding of retail/corporate banking processes
Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, with a track record of delivering on time and budget
Understanding of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and middleware (WebLogic/SOA) is highly desirable
Experience in a top-tier consulting firm is a strong plus
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
Mandatory: PMP or Prince2 Certification
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
