Business Process Analyst Supervisor

Responsibilities
Identify, define, justify and prioritize a portfolio of small to large-scale projects required for the maintenance of existing processes/systems or the development of improved processes/systems
Work closely with business unit managers and corporate IT to assist in the definition of system requirements to support process improvements. Understand and coordinate projects with other business units to determine impacts and/or risks to other areas outside of assigned business unit
Translate business requirements into system specifications
Effectively manage projects from initiation through closing, including scope, timeline, resources, risk management and budget
Maintain a solid understanding of the entire order to cash process and how changes influence the process flow and data integrity
Responsible for identifying, documenting and implementing changes that need to be made in current procedures or processes to move the business unit ahead in both technology and automation requirements
Audit existing business processes to ensure documented procedures and best practices are being followed
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and/or personnel which requires excellent communication, motivational and conflict management skills
Oversee and lead business unit systems projects through execution in the manufacturing facilities and other business processes. This will include managing the projects in addition to executing tasks when resources are not available to ensure successful implementations
Oversee external vendors relationships related to systems projects
Supervise support staff, which includes supervising the continual workflow, processes, and resourcing requirements based on business need
Manage employee development planning as well as support, coordinate and execute the employee performance process. Effectively lead, train and/or mentor other systems professionals on complex technical material and/or solutions as well as specific business unit responsibilities
Assist with finding and organizing benchmarking trips to internal and external locations. Meet with production CI leaders to get feedback and provide guidance, outside of their direct supervisors
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of relevant work experience required
1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required
Engineering or manufacturing background, as well as familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts required
Ability to manage multiple, company-wide, complex projects required
4 Year / bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
Expected to complete internal Lean Champion Certification
Solid understanding of supply chain management, including inventory management, manufacturing principles, quality management and purchasing
