Responsibilities
Monitor execution to maintain a tight connection between strategic intent and operational delivery across all supported lines of effort
Regularly move between HQ, the 10th floor, and the 11th floor effort in support of Customer to maintain engagement and situational awareness
Augment and support emergent initiatives driven by Billy’s team, including symposium requirements, deliverables, and coordination tasks
Stay closely engaged with Customer to anticipate needs, risks, innovation opportunities, and evolving mission requirements
Act as the primary conduit between the Customer and multiple ARMA Programs, ensuring work is consistently aligned to Customer priorities and operational needs
Function as the key liaison and intake point for questions, requirements, and tasking for Customer
Proactively identifies and elevates execution challenges and performance shortfalls across the portfolio

Required
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain
9+ years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years of related experience
