Prepares legal documents for attorney’s approval and use
Maintains database
Maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort
Maintaining case calendar, schedule, files and documents
Organizing and maintaining pleadings, discovery, medical records, vocational records, subpoenas and investigative reports
Scheduling depositions of experts and witnesses
Drafting and serving subpoenas
Working closely with attorneys to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Qualification
Required
At least one year of Workers Compensation defense experience
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
Minimum of one year of insurance defense and WICAS experience
Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel)
High attention to detail
