Product Solution Specialist, SmartSense (Lehi, UT - Hybrid)

The Product Solution Specialist role focuses on providing customer support for SmartSense software and hardware, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and communication. Team members will engage with clients across various industries, primarily healthcare, food service, and transportation, while managing customer inquiries and escalations.

Responsibilities

Work through customer’s problem, questions, bugs etc. via email and phone to resolution while maintaining SLA’s and KPIs
Learn industry standards and terminology including CDC guidelines and HACCP compliance
Be proficient in tools such as JIRA and NetSuite
Manage customer escalations by leveraging expertise in industry knowledge

Required

Customer-centric and detail-oriented
Ability to troubleshoot and educate customers on SmartSense by Digi Software and Hardware
Willingness to learn and excel in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Ability to work daily support tickets and provide accurate documentation for customers
Experience in working in the team's phone queue to assist customers
Attention to detail, speed, and effective communication skills
Ability to work through customer's problems, questions, bugs etc. via email and phone to resolution while maintaining SLA's and KPIs
Ability to learn industry standards and terminology including CDC guidelines and HACCP compliance
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and NetSuite
Ability to manage customer escalations by leveraging expertise in industry knowledge
Passion for working with customers and providing outstanding experiences
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong and effective communication skills

Preferred

2+ years of experience working in technical or product support
Previous experience in working with CRM software tools
