Manage and analyze quantitative audience databases, including survey design, data quality assurance, and reporting
Support ad hoc data requests by extracting, visualizing, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities
Translate complex data narratives into clear, actionable insights with strategic recommendations
Deep dive into cohort-based trends, balancing detailed analysis with broader strategic implications
Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple requests to maximize impact and efficiency
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in quantitative research, including hands-on survey design and data analysis (weighting, cleaning, regression, etc.)
Proven ability to work with large datasets, integrating internal and third-party data sources
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently execute data requests and identify insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing business decisions through data storytelling
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
