Responsibilities
The Contractor will be responsible for direct execution of the In-House Bank Enablement project within the Legal Entity & Governance Optimization (LEGO) program inclusive of the following responsibilities:
The Contractor, PMSO Project Management Services will be expected to be heavily involved in presenting and monitoring status, anticipating challenges, unblocking issues, managing dependencies and providing business sponsor and stakeholder transparency for the program through accurate and timely management reporting
The Contractor will also be responsible for collaboration with project managers from external consulting/implementation services teams to ensure successful joint outcomes and accurate management reporting, where applicable
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management
Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex projects
Experience managing Information Technology projects
Experience managing projects involving Accounting teams, processes and technologies, especially involving Intercompany Accounting
Preferred
Experience with high-growth stage biotechnology companies
Agile CSM, PSM or similar certification and direct experience
PMP certification
Experience with implementing or expanding Intercompany Accounting and Settlement solutions such as Blackline, Oracle E-Business Suite accounting applications and Kyriba treasury management
