Responsibilities
Manage calendars, email inboxes, and scheduling for two leadership team members
Support effective use of leadership time by prioritizing requests, organizing schedules, and reducing unnecessary distractions
Build and maintain basic tools (spreadsheets, trackers, shared documents) that support organization and execution
Organize and maintain shared Google Drive systems, templates, and documentation
Support task and project management with strong follow-through
Assist with meeting preparation, notes, and action-item tracking
Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries as needed
Support documentation and simple playbook creation across teams
Handle administrative responsibilities with consistency and discretion
Anticipate needs, identify issues early, and propose practical solutions
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience supporting leaders or teams in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable using Google Workspace and spreadsheets
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professional judgment, discretion, and reliability
Strong internal drive and a 'help-first' mindset
