Cardin McCoy is a growing kids' apparel brand creating everyday graphic tees that celebrate Southern charm. They are seeking a creative and organized Social Media and Community Manager to manage their social media presence, nurture their VIP community, and launch an affiliate program.

Responsibilities
Plan, create, and post engaging content daily (Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos/videos of real kids in our apparel, trending sounds/challenges with a Southern/family twist)
Schedule posts using tools like Later or Hootsuite
Monitor trends and adapt content to boost visibility and virality
Engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly (within hours) to build relationships
Moderate the group daily: approve posts, respond to members, resolve issues, and keep discussions positive and on-brand
Run exclusive events, polls, giveaways, and user-generated content prompts (e.g., "Share your kid in Cardin McCoy!")
Foster a supportive community of Nashville/Southern moms sharing family moments and outfit ideas
Set up and manage the affiliate system (using tools like Refersion, Shopify Affiliates, or similar)
Recruit and onboard affiliates (mom influencers, group members, micro-influencers)
Create shareable assets (promo codes, graphics, content templates)
Track performance, handle communications/payouts, and optimize for sales growth
Shoot/edit short videos and photos (local Nashville shoots preferred—kids modeling outfits in fun settings)
Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with seasons, holidays, and product drops (e.g., back-to-school, summer vibes)
Encourage user-generated content and feature real customers
Track key metrics weekly (followers, engagement, reach, link clicks, affiliate sales, group activity)
Provide simple reports and recommendations to improve performance
Collaborate on basic paid boosts if needed
Stay on top of platform updates and best practices for kids/family brands
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in social media management, community building, or digital marketing (fashion, kids/family, lifestyle, or e-commerce preferred)
Proven track record growing accounts/communities (e.g., examples of increased followers, engagement, or sales via social/affiliates)
Strong proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Groups, and content tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
Excellent written/verbal communication—warm, friendly, mom-relatable tone
Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle daily tasks independently
Preferred
Experience with affiliate programs or influencer partnerships is a big plus
Passion for kids' fashion, Southern culture, and authentic family content
