Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end telematics testing using simulation and HIL setups
Perform software verification, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across software and electronics
Drive release testing, defect resolution, and field issue investigations
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks
Provide technical guidance on verification and validation best practices
Collaborate with global teams across development, systems, and hardware groups
Apply deep knowledge of NPI processes to support product releases
Utilize vendor and internal tools effectively to improve test coverage and efficiency
Support local testing operations; relocation to Peoria required
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in software, systems, or telematics testing
Strong experience with HIL, simulation-based testing, and connectivity systems
Solid background in test automation and release validation
Proven ability to independently manage work while mentoring junior engineers
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
