This immersive, two-day development program will provide students with professional development opportunities in Actuarial Science and Information Technology, enhancing their analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Participate in various professional development courses to develop analytical, leadership and communication skills
Gain exposure to core working areas of our business like Information Technology and Actuarial Science
Engage in networking sessions and panels highlighting our Network Resource Groups, early career opportunities, and our commitment to diversity, equity, & inclusion
Participate in social and tourist events in Louisville during the program dates
Qualification
Required
Enrolled as a first-year student in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of Spring or Summer 2029 and hold sophomore year status in Fall 2026
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, computer science, information systems or other related degrees
Available to attend Humana's Early ID Program in-person in Louisville from July 20 to July 22, 2025
Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future
Preferred
Have excellent communication skills
Be interested in healthcare
Have a strong academic record
Demonstrated on-campus and community involvement
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
