Responsibilities

Own the NetSuite platform including users, roles, permissions, forms, fields, records, and dashboards

Configure and maintain NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory as applicable

Build and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, KPIs, and custom dashboards

Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into NetSuite configurations

Manage system changes including testing, documentation, and deployment

Troubleshoot NetSuite issues, resolve data or process problems, and support end users

Maintain data integrity and system controls across transactions and reporting

Support integrations with third party systems and vendors

Assist with NetSuite releases, upgrades, and new feature rollouts

Document configurations, processes, and best practices

Required

5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience

Strong experience configuring workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards

Deep understanding of NetSuite roles, permissions, and security model

Experience supporting Finance teams and accounting processes

Ability to work directly in the system and make changes independently

Strong problem solving and communication skills

Preferred

NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification

Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and basic SuiteScript

Experience supporting multi subsidiary or global NetSuite environments

Prior involvement in NetSuite implementations or major enhancements
