Lead and manage 10 - 30 plus man plumbing crew on complex projects
Facilitate industry and company safety standards on project sites
Build a positive and professional relationship with GC, Project Manager
Experienced in vendor Relationship Management
Complete knowledge of plumbing codes
Understanding of Piping inspection preparation
Forecast and manage material, tools, and rental equipment for projects
Complete knowledge of Plumbing drawings and specifications and ensure installation is per plans
Create, maintain and manage construction schedules
Possess and trains all the skills of a Foreman
Qualification
Required
10 years of commercial / Industrial construction plumbing experience
30 Hr. OSHA certified
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
