Responsibilities
Act as an end-to-end product designer who can prototype, test, and see your product through to production
Utilize research methodologies and design best practices to identify opportunities to enhance our products and AI experiences
Communicate your design work and the support for your design decisions internally to the product and engineering teams
Create and maintain a Figma UI Toolkit (design system) and work closely with engineers to update, improve, and maintain the component library used by teams across the company
Qualification
Required
3+ years as a product designer in a tech industry (titles can include Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, Full-Stack Designer, etc)
A portfolio that demonstrates product strategy, craft excellence, and the ability to translate user insights into elegant, impactful solutions
Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design systems
Deep understanding of accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical design principles
Basic understanding of HTML + CSS and how designs translate into code
Proven track record of building complex and easy-to-use features and user flows at an enterprise software, SaaS, or B2B company
Hands on experience building or maintaining design systems
Ability to work in a distributed or remote-first environment and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
Preferred
Experience designing software for legal tech or legal-adjacent users
Ownership of product or large feature development from 0-1
Portfolio pieces highlighting experiences working on AI-assisted product experiences
Previous work on complex dashboard, payment, e-billing, RFP, or live auction features
Some hands on experience building components in HTML + CSS and UI frameworks
Understanding of how brand assets get translated into products
