Take depositions
Participate in trials
Provide strategic legal counsel to effectively meet client needs
Qualification
Required
Strong foundational knowledge in Law and legal practices
Experience preparing and drafting Motions and legal documents
Proficiency in various aspects of Court procedures and case presentation
Proven skills in Trials and courtroom advocacy
Experience conducting Depositions to gather critical case information
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Nevada State Bar
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
