Independent Contractor / Part-Time position
Conduct proceedings in accordance with the Mental Health Procedures Act, 50 P.S. § 7101, et seq
Ability to conduct proceedings addressing extended involuntary emergency treatment, court-ordered involuntary treatment, or transfer hearings
Availability to fill in as needed for hearings held routinely 3 days/week between hours of 9:30-5:00, with potential for hearings to extend beyond 5:00pm or occur on nontraditional court days
