Responsibilities

Assist one or more project teams through each project phase to successfully complete deliverables on schedule
Assist in managing project schedules and project production
Assist in surveying existing conditions at various project sites
Assist in developing the design of each project via charrettes, ideation, and collaboration
Produce construction documents and other project deliverables in Revit
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and industry partners
Prepare project presentations in InDesign
Participate in client meetings
Assist in construction administration by reviewing project submittals and shop drawings, and by working with consultants, contractors, and vendors to actively maintain the project schedule
Assist in tracking construction progress by visiting active construction sites, attending construction meetings, generating punch lists, and reviewing, photographing, and documenting construction progress
Track and manage your individual time and performance on projects
Work with leadership to develop your career
Actively pursue industry knowledge

Required

2-5 years of experience in delivering commercial projects
Professional degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program
Licensed or actively working towards licensure
Knowledge of and familiarity with architectural and interior design principles and practices
Knowledge of and familiarity with building codes and structures
Experience in and familiarity with the basic phases of project delivery
Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Word
Experience in or familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel

Preferred

Experience in or familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud Suite programs
Experience in or familiarity with Microsoft Teams
Experience in or familiarity with Procore
Experience in training team members
Experience in leading teams
Experience in presenting project deliverables to clients
