Senior Business Architect
DigiDoc, Inc. dba Public Sector Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Business Architect who will serve as a strategic change leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives. This role involves aligning business strategy, people, processes, and technology while ensuring successful adoption of transformational initiatives within a regulated public-sector environment.
Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies aligned to enterprise goals and transformation roadmaps
Assess and document change impacts across people, processes, technology, and operating models
Translate strategic objectives into actionable change plans supporting digital transformation and process modernization
Ensure alignment with recognized change management frameworks, including ADKAR best practices
Serve as the primary liaison for all project communications with business users, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Conduct structured stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify needs, risks, and expectations
Map stakeholder influence and impact, tailoring engagement strategies accordingly
Build trust and buy-in through proactive, transparent communication
Design and execute multi-channel communication plans including executive briefings, town halls, newsletters, dashboards, and FAQs
Tailor messaging for executives, managers, frontline staff, and external partners
Ensure consistent messaging across initiatives while adapting to organizational maturity and context
Conduct training needs assessments and organizational readiness evaluations
Partner with training teams to develop and deliver learning programs, job aids, and enablement materials
Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track participation and effectiveness
Support business units through transition periods to ensure sustained adoption and operational stability
Identify potential resistance points and develop mitigation strategies
Coach leaders, managers, and change champions to address concerns with clarity and empathy
Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and town halls to reinforce change objectives
Conduct organizational readiness and impact assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods
Define and track change success metrics including adoption rates, engagement, and performance indicators
Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights
Utilize Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration tools to drive engagement and transparency
Ensure documentation and communication artifacts are centralized and version-controlled
Support digital enablement initiatives that enhance collaboration and agility
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements
Embed accessibility, inclusion, and equity principles into all change strategies
Ensure communications and solutions meet WCAG accessibility standards
