Responsibilities
Under the direction of Global Manager, Network Operations, and in consultation with Regional Manager, Network Infrastructure, the SNS Operations Analyst will be involved with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, monitoring and implementation of network infrastructure within the global Raymond James environment
The primary focus of this role will be to provide network support to the Raymond James branches
This role is customer focused in support of the SDWAN infrastructure (Palo Alto ION), UPS, Wireless (Cisco), and user connectivity
Qualification
Required
US Citizens and Green card holders would be considered only on W2
Role is for onsite/hybrid only at one of the RJF physical locations 2-3 days per week with Memphis and St Pete HQ being the preferred locations
Role is considered Tier 2 tech support focusing on the networking related technologies listed in the job spec (WAN, wireless, FW, etc.)
Need customer service first focus with excellent business communication skills both verbal and written
3+ years networking background with general administration, troubleshooting and design skills
