Responsibilities
Lead global accounting operations, consolidations, and financial reporting under US GAAP
Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across countries
Oversee treasury strategy including cash flow, liquidity, and FX exposure management
Lead payroll accounting and labor-related financial compliance across the US, Philippines, and LATAM
Partner with the CFO on M&A financial due diligence and post-merger integration
Own and optimize financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics ERP and automation initiatives
Build and lead a high-performing, multi-country controllership team
Qualification
Required
Bilingual English & Spanish (required)
12+ years of experience in controllership, accounting, or finance leadership roles
Proven experience in private equity, multi-country, multi-entity organizations (services industry preferred)
Strong expertise in US GAAP, financial reporting, and treasury management
Experience with payroll and labor-related financial compliance across countries
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and financial automation tools
Experience in private equity-backed companies
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master's preferred)
Strong executive presence, leadership, and communication skills
