Responsibilities
Develop, motivate, and coach tax analysts by recognizing effective performance
Work with the tax analysts to correct performance challenges or issues
Review production reports and coach individual tax analysts on their respective performance
Listen and score recorded calls on approved scorecard for quality assurance
Ensure appropriate staff is available to meet service commitments to taxpayers
Qualification
Required
Four years of experience in administrative services
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience
