Project Coordinator – Volunteer Events
Lenmar Consulting Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a national Community Affairs volunteer campaign. This hybrid role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing volunteer initiatives across the country while managing multiple projects and working with nonprofit partners.
Responsibilities
Support a national Community Affairs volunteer campaign
Planning, coordinating, and executing volunteer initiatives across the country
Managing multiple projects
Working with nonprofit partners
Handling reporting and data tracking
Supporting large-scale employee engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, nonprofit, or administrative support
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and reporting required)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working hybrid in NYC with occasional evening hours
Ability to lift 5–15 lbs for event support
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
