Account Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Account Representative to provide customer service and sales support, acting as a liaison between the company and business accounts.

Responsibilities
Process customer orders received via email, website, EDI or other PO forms
Review product price and availability and orders in the company ERP system (Microsoft D365 platform)
Create customer accounts for new customers in Microsoft D365 and daily entry of customer orders
Follow up on customer inquiries and update customer records as necessary
Answer phones/email and direct and/or respond to customer inquiries accordingly
Assist in documenting and handling customer complaints and or warranties
Communicate with off-site warehouse regarding ship dates, freight charges, follow-up and track orders
Manage and process customer returns or credits
Perform general clerical and support duties
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Math/accounting skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment as well as work independently
Self starter, takes initiative and has excellent time management
Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decision making
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, sales, communications, finance or related field
2+ years of customer service or account representative experience
Experience working with Microsoft D365
Proficient with Microsoft office programs including Excel
