Build and maintain strong relationships with Asian American CRE clients, including investors, developers, and business owners

Originate, structure, and manage commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Identify market trends and business opportunities within the Asian American community, developing strategies to grow the CRE portfolio

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions and ensure seamless client experiences

Serve as a resource and advocate for Asian American clients, providing guidance on banking products, services, and industry best practices

Represent Piermont Bank at community events, industry conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and attract new business

Prepare reports on portfolio performance, client activity, and market developments

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial real estate lending or relationship management, preferably with exposure to the Asia American market

Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Fluency in an Asian language (such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese) strongly preferred

Deep understanding of Asian American business culture and community dynamics
