Responsibilities
Review executed closing package to clear for funding including but not limited to, Note, Mortgage/Deed of Trust, and other closing documentation
Responsible for obtaining missing documents and requesting corrections to closing packages as necessary
Coordinate and track the delivery of trailing documentation, to include recorded mortgage/deeds of trust
Transfer imaged file to the electronic databases (iDentifi)
Prepare and send paper files for long term storage
Review all signed loan documents for compliance with credit union standards for quality and accuracy
Ensure all incoming mail is tracked and distributed in a timely manner
Work in collaboration and partnership with other team members and departments
Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
1 year of relevant work experience in the finance industry; home lending experience preferred
Knowledge of recent lending regulations preferred
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
