Responsibilities
Provide valuation services to clients while building client relationships and assuring continued close personal attention to client needs
Demonstrate project leadership qualities by assuming a supervisory role and leveraging work effectively
Train and coach associate staff members in preparation to take on more complex assignments and additional responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial statement analysis; complex financial and transactional modeling; income, market and cost/asset approach analyses; and detailed company and industry research and analysis
Prepare thorough narrative report, comprehensive presentations, and oral presentations to internal and external clients
Support multiple client engagements of varying size and complexity, on time and within budget, and communicate valuation results to supervisor
Keep Valuation Manager/Director/Principal aware of engagement status and issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in valuation or a similar consulting practice/function servicing client
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data
Willingness to learn new technologies
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
Preferred
ABV, ASA, CVA, or related certification or working towards completing requirements for these certifications preferred
