Managing strategy, spend, sourcing initiatives, and stakeholder and supplier engagement across the Facilities Services category
Supporting the Global Facilities; Real Estate Category Team in delivery and execution of category and sourcing strategies
Leading sourcing projects
Managing supplier performance, commercial and contractual risk, innovation and proactively partnering with key stakeholders
Supporting a strategic network optimization program in Memphis which requires Procurement support and leadership to deliver a number of Facilities related and Equipment transfer projects
Supporting Facilities Procurement and Contract terminations for a site closure in a separate US location
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing strategy, spend, sourcing initiatives, and stakeholder and supplier engagement across the Facilities Services category
Knowledge of hard and soft services such as Maintenance, Repairs, Cleaning, Janitorial, Security, Waste Management, Recycling, Pest Control, Construction Management
Ability to support the Global Facilities and Real Estate Category Team in delivery and execution of category and sourcing strategies
Experience leading sourcing projects and managing supplier performance
Understanding of commercial and contractual risk management
Ability to innovate and proactively partner with key stakeholders
Willingness to be located in Memphis, US at least three days per week during the term of the assignment
Experience in supporting strategic network optimization programs
Ability to deliver Facilities related and Equipment transfer projects
Experience with projects including wall demolition, building re-construction, office space conversion, roof repairs, relocating machines, decommissioning of machines, equipment/asset sales, mechanical and electrical
