Responsibilities

Manage complex tasks and transactions on loan and lease customer files
Execute intricate servicing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Generate reports to track and analyze key data related to servicing activities
Lead training for other specialists within the department
Provide expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with established procedures
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of departmental procedures
Stay informed about regulations and best practices relevant to servicing tasks
Handle escalated issues and inquiries, demonstrating problem-solving skills
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to achieve overall departmental objectives

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Services (Back End Operation), Funding, Customer Service, or Collections
Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational environment in a lending and/or captive finance industry
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Customer Service—Responds promptly to service requests and provides excellent support
Oral Communication—Actively listens, seeks clarification, and communicates clearly in meetings and discussions
Written Communication—Writes clearly and concisely; able to interpret written information accurately

Overtime required—on an as-needed basis
Travel 0-10%—On an as-needed basis
You must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance of one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA
An applicant must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for this position

Preferred

A bachelor's or four-year college degree in general studies is preferred
