Responsibilities
Reverse-engineer existing data ingestion and integration processes
Build and configure survivorship rules and mastering logic within Propensity
Perform data analysis, including distributions and basic analytics needed for MDM design
Support Profisee MDM processing on Azure with integrations into AWS/Snowflake (secure data sharing, streams & tasks, performance tuning) lake house
Establish and maintain lineage and key mappings to ensure mastered data flows back into AWS raw and integrated layers
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years experience as a data engineer or hybrid data engineer/data analyst
Strong hands-on experience with Modern MDM platform experience with Propensity MDM (strongly preferred) and/or Profisee MDM
Experience with: Azure
Experience with: Profisee
Experience with: Kafka or equivalent event/streaming platforms
Experience with: dbt (data modeling, testing, CI/CD integration)
Experience with: Airflow or managed orchestration services (MWAA, Azure Data Factory)
Ability to work with financial services data (regulatory and sensitive data context)
Background in banking or insurance preferred over retail
