Junior Marketing Manager
NuTrail is a fast-growing brand focused on empowering better-for-you eating with their no sugar added nut granolas. The Junior Marketing Manager will lead the execution of marketing efforts across various platforms, mentor junior team members, and ensure alignment with brand goals to build awareness and brand love.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of accountability for day-to-day marketing execution
Mentor and support Marketing Coordinators, ensuring clear priorities, effective workflows, and professional development
Execute media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice, engagement, and content planning
Oversee community management, coaching team members on customer interactions and brand advocacy. When needed, execute community management
Maintain and evolve the FAQ and response documentation to support the team
Execute influencer marketing strategy, including paid and gifted campaigns, relationship management, and ROI tracking
Execute paid influencer partnerships
Manage third-party marketing partners and vendors to ensure alignment with brand goals and budget
Direct content creation across digital platforms (photo, video, copy) to ensure brand consistency
Collaborate with the in-house Design Coordinator and external design agencies to produce assets that support campaigns and sales
Manage the influencer and content creation budget, ensuring efficient spend
Track spend against KPIs and report on marketing ROI
Develop and maintain the detailed social calendar
Own communication with consumers that reach out to us directly through email or through retailers, namely Costco. Use each touchpoint as an opportunity to demonstrate compassion and build brand love
Enter quality contacts in the quality spreadsheet and facilitate getting any additional information the QA Manager needs to investigate incidents
Maintain Consumer Response FAQ document
Report monthly on types of contacts, flag emerging quality issues, and mine contacts for actionable insights
Partner with the Sales team to execute retail marketing campaigns and promotions
Align marketing initiatives with retail and distribution goals
Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform future strategy
Identify new platforms, tools, or campaign opportunities to elevate the brand
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support company-wide initiatives
Report on KPIs and monthly performance for all marketing activities
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in the consumer sector, with a focus on social media, influencer marketing and content creation
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Experience managing influencer programs, content creation, and social media
A creative eye with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfort with ambiguity and a high rate of change
Strong sense of ownership and self-direction
