Revenue Operations Analyst
Siro is redefining how field sales teams learn, perform, and win. They are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own, optimize, and scale their HubSpot instance and broader GTM systems, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to improve process efficiency and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary admin for Hubspot
Build and maintain workflows, sequences, lead routing, scoring models, properties, and pipelines
Manage system configuration, troubleshooting, user permissions, and platform governance
Ensure clean data hygiene and implement preventative data quality processes
Drive adoption by training teams, creating documentation, and enforcing best practices
Own connectivity and cleanliness across additional GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Clay, RevenueHero, SalesNav, etc)
Manage integrations across systems for seamless data flow
Map and optimize lead lifecycle, opportunity stages, handoffs, and deal management processes
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
Partner with GTM leadership to support strategic initiatives and improve revenue predictability
Qualification
Required
2+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar role
Hands-on experience owning HubSpot (required)
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions
Data-driven mindset; proficient in building dashboards and analyzing trends
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
