Counseling companies on risk mitigation related to environmental, safety, and labor regulations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience practicing as an environmental lawyer with a focus on workplace safety regulations
Demonstrated experience handling environmental permitting and responding to EPA challenges
Prior experience at an AmLaw firm or a well-regarded boutique law firm
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships
Approximately $500K portable book of business to join as an Income Partner
Approximately $1M portable book of business to join as an Equity Partner
