GTM Engineer
2X is seeking a GTM Engineer to own end-to-end client delivery, translating strategic goals into impactful execution. This role involves managing client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining data accuracy across various initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own delivery for up to 3 client engagements simultaneously
Act as the primary client contact, driving timelines, execution, and results
Translate client strategy into actionable projects and campaigns
Scope, manage, and track projects using tools such as Monday.com, Slack, and Clay
Partner closely with TOS on execution and leadership on strategy
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across GTM initiatives
Validate data accuracy, CRM updates, automation workflows, and outbound campaigns
Maintain campaign readiness, deliverability, and system reliability
Proactively identify opportunities, propose new initiatives, and improve workflows
Lead issue resolution and crisis management with urgency, transparency, and ownership
Qualification
Required
Strong client-facing communication and project leadership skills
GTM knowledge across sales, marketing, and RevOps
Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), automation tools, sequencing platforms, and Clay
High attention to detail, organization, and bias toward action
Preferred
3+ years in GTM, RevOps, consulting, or client-facing technical roles
Experience executing outbound campaigns and GTM workflows
Startup, agency, or fast-growth environment experience
