The successful candidates will provide comprehensive legal services to municipal and county departments, handling a broad range of matters including defense litigation and workers' compensation.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate(s) will handle a broad range of matters including defense litigation, workers’ compensation, labor and employment, land use and zoning and general government law
The attorney(s) must be enthusiastic and motivated, be able to attend night meetings and have demonstrated experience in all areas of practice listed above
Prior representation of defendants in Federal and State court (including workers’ compensation) is key
The attorney(s) should also be able to manage files on their own, as well as working as part of a team
Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and in good standing
Must have excellent research, drafting and writing abilities and be able to communicate well verbally
Qualification
Required
Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and in good standing
Demonstrated experience in defense litigation, workers' compensation, labor and employment, land use and zoning, and general government law
Prior representation of defendants in Federal and State court (including workers' compensation)
Ability to manage files independently and work as part of a team
Excellent research, drafting and writing abilities
Ability to communicate well verbally
Enthusiastic and motivated
Ability to attend night meetings
