Responsibilities
Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual accounting tasks as assigned
Completes requests for corrections to employees W2’s adhering to rules and regulations
Proactively identifies and researches potential issues and recommends courses of action
Knowledge of or ability to learn the payroll accounting
Demonstrated expertise in PC-based software, especially spreadsheets
Deliver strong customer service to all customers
Ability to meet deadlines and shift priorities as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
3 years relevant experience
Must be intermediate in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Demonstrated expertise in PC-based software, especially spreadsheets
Ability to meet deadlines and shift priorities as needed
Knowledge of or ability to learn the payroll accounting
Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual accounting tasks as assigned

Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field strongly preferred, but not required
Trintech experience is a plus but not required
Intermediate skills in Access and Business Objects are a plus but not required
