Responsibilities

Manage a group of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted partner
Help clients navigate their risks by offering tailored solutions and identifying opportunities to expand services and coverage
Contribute to Gallagher's success and foster a culture of continuous improvement by delivering high quality service and driving revenue growth

Qualification

Client relationship managementClaims management experienceInsurance knowledgeMicrosoft Office proficiencyFinancial acumenCommunication skillsCollaborative mindsetProblem-solving approach

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time
Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality
Previous experience in managing client relationships essential
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Insurance knowledge
Solid financial acumen
Experience managing client accounts and building lasting relationships
