Advise startups and emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycle
Support venture capital, growth equity, and private equity financings
Assist with mergers and acquisitions involving high-growth companies
Participate in public offerings and capital markets transactions
Work closely with founders, executives, boards, and investors
Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex, fast-paced deals
Qualification
Required
JD earned between 2021 and 2024
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-focused approach
Interest in startups, venture capital, and emerging growth companies
Preferred
Corporate transactional experience preferred
Prior large law firm experience is a plus but not required
Exposure to venture capital, growth equity, or private equity is a plus
