Customer Service Workforce Manager
Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a strategic Senior Workforce Manager to lead workforce planning and management locally and across global BPO partners. This role drives workforce operations, expands domestic operations, and manages large-scale teams of nearly 1,000 representatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute workforce strategies to meet business objectives
Forecast workforce needs and manage efficient schedules
Lead real-time workforce performance monitoring
Partner with BPO vendors to ensure seamless operations
Track and improve performance using IEX NICE
Provide analytics and reports to senior leadership
Manage workforce budget (~$40M) and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to drive initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
10+ years in workforce management
5+ years in a senior role
Experience with offshoring
Experience with IEX
Experience with NICE
Experience with PowerBI
Strong analytical skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Green Belt Certification required
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field
Black Belt Certification preferred
