Assistant Project Manager
NEO Mission Critical is a rapidly growing design-build contractor specializing in modular data center projects, seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of mission-critical facilities. The role involves assisting Project Managers with scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and maintaining project documentation.
Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with scheduling, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and change management
Assist with procurement, material tracking, and subcontractor coordination
Participate in project planning meetings, site walks, and progress updates
Maintain project documentation and support closeout and commissioning activities
Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and construction teams
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or engineering
Senior Project Engineers with strong experience who are ready for the next step are encouraged to apply
General Contractor background
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel to project sites
Preferred
Data center, MEP, or mission-critical experience preferred
