Responsibilities
Own execution of large, complex HVAC and power projects nationwide
Lead installations, commissioning, operations, and decommissioning
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, logistics, and branch resources
Manage safety plans, site risk, and compliance
Control schedules, budgets, utilization, and change orders
Act as the primary client-facing leader on-site
Produce clear documentation, reports, and daily updates
Balance field leadership with computer-based work and virtual meetings
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in HVAC rental, power generation, or similar environments
Experience managing large projects, emergency response, or complex deployments
Strong technical knowledge of climate control and/or power systems
Comfortable leading without formal authority
Organized, decisive, calm under pressure
Tech-savvy and disciplined with reporting and documentation
Willing to travel extensively and be on-call as needed
